Beauty Favourites

Posted on

Day 16 and I have finally caught up. Today’s post asks ‘what are your favourite beauty products?’. Pretty sure this is my favourite topic on the #GGblogChallenge list. Talking about makeup is second only to playing with makeup in my list of greatest activities to do alone. As I seem to have some time at the moment my makeup draws are getting a pretty good workout and my favourites have become clear

My Beauty Favourites.

These beauty Favourites were so easy to pick. Usually I think long and hard but this time it was too easy.

Beauty Favourites

My beauty Favourites from the left. Bondi Sands everyday gradual tan. The Nude Dude pallet by The Balm and Benefit They’re Real Mascara. Face basics I used Nude by Nature pressed mineral Powdera and my 3ina concealer And Stevie K Cosmetics Lipstick in My Milkshake.

The My Milkshake lipstick by Stevie K Cosmetics. This lipstick is my favourite lipstick out of all the ones I own. Strong pigment, goes on creamy but dries matte. Nothing short of perfection.

3ina concealer. I walked into 3ina pretending I was just going to look and walked  out with a new concealer. I’m not complaining as it has fast become one of my Beauty favourites. This concealer is very creamy and blends perfectly.  I have been known to not wear makeup and just blend out some of this concealer under my eye to make me look alive enough not to terrify people.

I used to hate Nude By Nature** product. The loose mineral powder wasn’t for me. It went on way to heavy. The pressed mineral powder changed my whole view on mineral makeup. Being pressed it is buildable and it finally comes in a shade that works for my skin tone.  Now I don’t want to wear anything else. With their new highlighting pallets and eyeshadow pallet  out I am preplanning my next pay check spend. At least I know I won’t be buying anymore brushes!

Wow, you’ve got the coolest makeup! 🙂

I haven’t used the It’s Real mascara yet. To be honest, I’m more of a drugstore product girl–but it won’t do any harm if I gave it a try! 🙂

I was so lucky to get the Benefit mascara at a VERY discounted price thanks to duty free. I love it but I usually stick to drug store brands. I will occasionally splash out for something I really want though!
